Assoc. Prof. Xin He is with the Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. Her research focuses on computer vision and its applied technologies, including autonomous navigation, localization and environment modeling for embodied robots, multimodal positioning and navigation, unmanned systems, event-based vision, visual-inertial-LiDAR odometry, and imaging enhancement for sensing applications.

Title of Speech ：Study on improved DPR sea ice concentration retrieval algorithm
Prof. Xingdong Wang is a professor at the School of Remote Sensing Science and Technology, Aerospace Information Technology University, China. His research focuses on intelligent imaging and image processing under challenging conditions, integrating remote sensing techniques with artificial intelligence. His main research interests include SAR image speckle noise suppression, polar remote sensing monitoring of sea ice and snowmelt, AI‑aided remote sensing image enhancement and analysis, digital‑twin‑driven urban modeling, urban heat island monitoring and mitigation, and remote sensing applications for natural resources and the environment.

Assoc. Prof. Wenfeng Zheng

Title of Speech ：GNN: Core Branches, Integration Strategies and Applications
Assoc. Prof. Wenfeng Zheng is currently affiliated with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He previously served as a Distinguished Professor of Artificial Intelligence at King Saud University. He received his Ph.D. from Chengdu University of Technology in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, he conducted postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, followed by a visiting scholarship at Louisiana State University from 2011 to 2013. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, dynamic complexity, and robotics.
He has published more than 200 papers and holds over 60 Chinese national invention patents. His work has received more than 13,000 citations, and he has an H-index of 75 and 29 ESI Highly Cited Papers. He serves on the editorial boards of Frontiers in Neurorobotics and the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology. He has also served as a guest editor for Land, Sensors, Electronics, Applied Sciences, and Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences.
He is actively engaged in academic research and service. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, the American Geophysical Union, and the China Association of Inventions. He was included in Stanford University’s list of the world’s top 2% of scientists for the single-year rankings from 2022 to 2026 and for the career rankings from 2024 to 2026. Clarivate recognized him as a Highly Cited Researcher in the Cross-Field category in 2023. He was also named a Scilit Top Cited Scholar for 2024–2026 and ranked among the top 0.05% of scholars worldwide over the past five years (2024–2026) by ScholarGPS.

Dr. Ruidan Su

Title of Speech ：Attention-Driven Deep RL for Portfolio Management: Temporal and Asset-Wise Signals
Dr. Ruidan Su is a research assistant professor at AGI Institute, School of Computer Science, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). He obtained my B.Eng in Communication Engineering in 2006, and Ph.D degree in Computer Application Technology from Northeastern University, China in 2014. Prior to SJTU, He was an Assistant Professor[2015-2021] of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he worked in field of science is High-speed Train Control Strategy, Computational Intelligence, Software Engineering, Machine Learning and Multiple Object Tracking. My research interest includes machine learning, AI4Science, specifically AI for material design.
