Instructions for Authors
1. Authors are encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished work. Submitted papers must not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
2. All submissions must be written in English and formatted in a two-column layout. Papers should be 5–10 pages long, including all appendices.
3. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference topics.
4. After submission, the conference secretary will assign a paper ID within three working days. Authors should use this ID in all further correspondence regarding their submission.

Plagiarism Policy
The conference maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and academic misconduct. All submitted papers must be original and include appropriate citations to previously published work. Authors are responsible for clearly identifying their own contributions and properly acknowledging any published results, methods, or techniques on which their work is based. Reviewers will assess submissions for compliance with these standards.
In cases of plagiarism or other academic misconduct:*The submitted paper may be rejected or removed from the final publication.
*The violation may be reported to the author(s)' supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
*The case may be referred to the relevant academic ethics committees and research funding agencies.
*The conference reserves the right to disclose relevant details of the misconduct, including the author(s)' name(s), paper title, affiliated institution(s), and other relevant information, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
