Presentation Guidelines
A. Oral Presentation (In-Person & Virtual)
(1.) Presentation Format:
Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
Presentations should be delivered by one of the paper's authors or co-authors. All presentations must be conducted in English.
(2.) In-Person Presentations:
Presenters have the option to use their own laptop or the PC provided in the session room (Windows system with PowerPoint). Please ensure your presentation is ready 5 minutes before your session starts.
To save time, we recommend sending your presentation slides in advance to the Conference Secretary or uploading them to the session room computer before your presentation begins.
(3.) Virtual Presentations:
Prepare your presentation in either PowerPoint or PDF format. As the conference will be held virtually, we strongly recommend sending your slides in advance to the Conference Secretary to avoid any issues with sharing slides during your session.
(4.) Time Management:
Due to the limited time for each session, please stick to the allocated time for both your presentation and Q&A to ensure smooth transitions between presenters.
B. Poster Guidelines
(1.) Poster Specifications:
Prepare your poster in electronic format with the following specifications: Size: 90cm x 120cm, Resolution: 3000 x 5000 pixels.
Ensure your poster is readable from 5 feet away and can be understood without an oral explanation. Focus on clarity and simplicity.
(2.) Display Setup:
Poster boards will be provided. Upon registration, we will collect your poster and place it on the designated boards in the conference room. All poster presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the poster session to engage with delegates and discuss the content.
(3.) Viewing Opportunities:
Posters will be available for viewing during the coffee breaks. Presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during these times for further discussions.
