Details of the registration fees
1. ICCSCT 2025 accepts registration fee in USD and CNY.
2.If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICCSCT 2025 as a Presenter (Abstract / Poster) or Listener .
3. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception.
4. The registration fee does not include:
* Accommodation * Visa application fee * Transportation fare
5. One regular registration can cover a paper within Five pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
5. If you register as a student, you will be asked to email a copy of your student ID card.
Refund policy
1. Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
2. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer fees (30USD/210CNY).
3. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early departure, no refund of registration fees will be made.
4. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
5. Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
